• Carrying out the entire gamut of responsibilities pertaining to the maintenance operations of the dry utilities such as HVAC, DG, Air Compressors, & Sub-station. Accountable for Maintenance planning & control and asset management within the plant
• Identifying root cause of failures and implementing quick breakdown solutions to put the machines back in operation within minimum turnaround time with respect to cost and quality.
• Independently handling Installation and commissioning of 200 KW double stage screw air compressor, 550 TR centrifugal Chiller and Up-gradation of BAS system; handling the Retrofitting of AHUs of 25000CFM
• Developing the vendors so as to get the supply of the spares at right time and at competitive prices. Inviting tenders and quotations, preparing proposals & negotiating contract terms to get the best business deals. Accountable for tendering for works / service contracts
• Implementing effective procurement schedules along with finalizing the specifications of the materials and establishing the quality & quantity limits for effective inventory control.
