1 prepare monthly, yearly collections plans & Revenue, sales forecast
2- Prepare & develop annual budgets of the departments, projects, services according to company policies, & reviewed according to percentages Planned
3-prepare & compare montly, half & yearly results for activities & services then see the negative, positive deviations in sales, revenue, G.m & Pebita & make any recommendations thereon to the management.
4-campare analysis all results & comparing with budget, forcaste planes & do any recommendations thereon to the management.
5- Present monthly/annually meetings to discuss results with management compared with the results of previous or budget, forcaste to identify the pluses, minuses & co-operate with officials to any negatives and try find solutions.
