• Managing Sales & marketing of a broad range of Low & Medium Voltage Electrical / Power Products (ATS - With Bypass & Without Bypass, Bus Way, Grounding and Lightning Protection System, Cable Termination & Joints, Conduits & Fittings, MV/LV Cables, Switchgears, Synchronizing panel, U.P.S., Capacitor bank, Harmonic filter, Central battery system, Circuit breakers, instrument transformers, MV/LV Transformer, etc) to Power Generation, Process Industries, Infrastructure Projects and Distribution Utilities, by close co-ordination with projects consultants for establishing large business volume and high profit account.
• Devising and implementing sales and marketing strategies for increasing revenues/profitability and expand market presence
• Performing market research and competitor analysis, collecting customer feedback, keeping abreast of customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts
• Providing prompt after sales support to existing and potential customers for achieving customer satisfaction and retention
• Reviewing sales performance, comparing with sales forecasts, analyzing variances, making recommendations to meet/exceed targets.
• Carrying out commercial negotiations, responding to technical inquiries from planning stage to execution stage of project and persuading that the product or service satisfies best.
• Providing technical support for routine maintenance, Installation, testing, commissioning and safeguarding of Bus way, A.T.S., Synchronizing Panel, MV/LV switchgears, & distribution transformer.
• Responsible of product approval with various consultants & potential clients for projects requirements. Technical presentations to effectively present technical features and benefits of products to consultants, users, contractors, distributors, etc... Very well aware of specification of ARAMCO, SABIC, STC, SEC & the standards of ANSI, NEMA, & IEC.
• Worked with world leading manufacturers like: FURSE (UK)-ABB, WALLIS (UK), G.E., ASCO (USA) (EMERSON), Appleton, Thomas & Betts, Tyco Electronics, Raychem, Archotronics, & Schneider, Megger, Qualitrol, Siemens.
