Provides monthly and quarterly sales assessment reports.
Delivering presentations for owners, consultants & contractors.

- Bringing new project through visiting main contractors, consultants and developers.
- Coordinating all aspects of the sales process from initial enquiry/RFQ through closing of the opportunity.
- Track and report current status of potential projects, markets, Customer news, and developments.
- Leading the development and preparation of Pre-Qualification files, formal presentations, submittal proposal, and contracts.
- Ability to read technical drawings.
- proficient with following computer applications:
Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, AutoCAD.
- Developing solid, long-term relationships with prospects and maintain existing customer’s/ developer’s relationship within the commercial construction industry.
- Follow up with the client along the execution of the project.
Generating leads and bringing new inquiries through meetings, visits and cold calling.
Preparing quotations and commercial/technical submittals for inquiries and RFQs.
Negotiating and advising the client about offers, quotations submitted.
Accommodating inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as resolution taken.
Finalizing sales in accordance to company’s pricing and profit.
Provides monthly and quarterly sales assessment reports.
Delivering presentations for owners, consultants & contractors.

Receiving customers for scheduled appointments and walk-ins.
