Position Description:
• The Sales Support fulfils a very important role within the company with the ultimate responsibility of managing the end-to-end sales process that starts with the lead process through a signed contract.
• Sales support works directly with Account Managers and/or Enterprise Sales Vice Presidents to prospect and identify opportunities to expand eHealth business at current and newly identified organizations.

• Salesforce reporting and data analysis for account managers across the business. Able to manage large amounts of data and manipulate it into easily digestible and clear reports, as well as being able to articulate the information clearly for internal customers.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients.
• Providing data, reports and PowerPoint presentations to help the sales team.
• Makes sure that salespersons are on track with sales goals.
