Strategy & HR Planning:
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall EKH strategy across subsidiaries.
• Design and implement “Developing Leaders Program” to identify the potentials employees & to analyze the key organization positions across EKH.

Training and Development:
• Lead the development plan for high potentials across subsidiaries
• Identify and conduct training programs intended to aid individuals and groups in improving their job performance
• Prepare tracks and reports on the training budget, Lead the Learning and Development Strategy, policies, procedures and systems ensuring efficient implementation
• Prepare consolidated yearly training plan across subsidiaries in accordance with EKH directions.
• Implement and execute Executive training programs to develop our employees across subsidiaries
• Develop training policies and procedures that govern training.
• Follow up conducting of training programs and ensure its compliance with the business needs.
• Evaluate trainees, training ROI & providers to ensure effectiveness of the training.
• Designed and delivered engaging training sessions using various instructional strategies to suit different learning styles. Ex. Six Hats of thinking - Edward De Bono.
Performance Management:
• Create an effective performance system in collaboration with department heads to measure individual performance, maximize productivity of employees and to identify opportunities for improvement and challenges
• Guide department managers in setting SMART objectives, KPIs’ and spot check on the quality of the objectives
• Analyze Performance Appraisal results and develop training gap analysis reports and findings, Monitor Performance management program (PMP) process and Initiate and conduct PMP training / individual coaching sessions.
Employee Engagement:
• Assist in designing, conducting and analyzing surveys that would measure the employees' level of satisfaction
• Develop and implement initiatives that nurture a positive working environment
• Design and develop “Health Awareness program “for EKH employees (EKH Biggest Loser competition)
• Develop employee appreciation and awards program.
• Responsible for all the Events that would boost the internal communication between the employees (ex. Communication/ Functional Days, Iftar Ramadan, HR meetings).
Recruitment & Selection:
• Manage and lead recruitment activities based on a manpower plan
• Design and lead appropriate recruitment KPI’s, policies, procedures and systems aiming at improving the talent acquisition process and outcomes.
• Develop a sustainable hiring plans strategies through creating careers portal in cooperation with talentera
