Cluster Trade Analyst - Trade and Marketing Department, Maersk Line / May 2015 - October 2015
The Trade Analyst is the main link between the Trade and Marketing department in Copenhagen and the local commercial organization. They jointly discuss and decide on the string strategy and budgets. They are the trade experts, constantly looking to optimize yields and improve their performance. Provide sales with our key selling points and guidance on how and where we want to position ourselves in the market. Proactively take measures to steer our local performance and take benefit of market opportunities.
My roles and responsibilities can be summarized as follows:
• Optimizing yield on given trades.
• Ensuring local uptake management execution and optimization.
• Ensuring sales pipeline is aligned with the trade needs.
• Facilitating local equipment prioritization.
• Handling market identification.
• Ensuring compliance with all commercial processes.
• Engaging with Trade Analysts and Sales on market feedback & recommendations.
• Handling data analysis for assigned trades.
• Handling market mapping and market intelligent.
• Preparing weekly and monthly trade performance reports and analyses.
• Preparing trade forecast(s).
• Creating and following up on the business development plans and activities.
• Preparing the required analysis to guide the sales.
• Prepare campaigns, presentations and advisories when required and Arrange customer giveaways and orders
• Follow up on Sales leads and engage with origins to ensure maximum traction
• Establish recommendation for product improvement
• Ensure business prioritization based on space, turn time/equipment availability and customer segmentation including coordination Trade and Marketing headquarters, Sales, Customer Service and Operations.
• Be a market expert in terms of trade, industry, competition and customers' developments.

 Assistant Relationship Manager - Financial Institutions Department, Arab Bank / November 2013 - April 2015

Responsible for managing the relationship with Arab Bank's correspondent banks while being responsible for the credit risk assumed on these banks. The relationship management scope includes starting new relationships, opening of accounts (vostro/nostro), marketing and promoting AB services / network to correspondent banks, business development, coordination with correspondent banks in regards to any business inquiries from AB Branches and vice versa and concentration of business flows with correspondent banks (business direction) in addition to Correspondent banks credit reviews and Financial Analysis.

 Market Analyst - Route Development Department, Airport International Group (AIG) / October 2011 - October 2013
Provide Queen Alia International airport’s existing and prospective airlines with a comprehensive and all-inclusive analysis/package addressing the requirements of their route and network planners. My roles and responsibilities can be summarized as follows:
• Developing airport’s route development incentive scheme development, Market potential analysis through studying and highlighting opportunities in the traffic growth at the airport.
• Developing business & marketing plan.
• Reviewing and refreshing the traffic forecasts.
• Responsible for prospect routes revenue analysis.
• Responsible for conducting presentations to possible clients/airlines.
• Developing new techniques for conducting market research in a cost-effective manner.

- Prepare memos, power point presentation, work plans and construct data analysis reports.
- Maintain and update the company’s KPI’s.
- Conduct market research to analyze competitors, evaluate market needs and understand customer needs.
- Coordinate between core and business functions at the company.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, minutes of meeting and appointments for the COO.
