The Trade Analyst is the main link between the Trade and Marketing department in Copenhagen and the local commercial organization. They jointly discuss and decide on the string strategy and budgets. They are the trade experts, constantly looking to optimize yields and improve their performance. Provide sales with our key selling points and guidance on how and where we want to position ourselves in the market. Proactively take measures to steer our local performance and take benefit of market opportunities.
My roles and responsibilities can be summarized as follows:
• Optimizing yield on given trades.
• Ensuring local uptake management execution and optimization.
• Ensuring sales pipeline is aligned with the trade needs.
• Facilitating local equipment prioritization.
• Handling market identification.
• Ensuring compliance with all commercial processes.
• Engaging with Trade Analysts and Sales on market feedback & recommendations.
• Handling data analysis for assigned trades.
• Handling market mapping and market intelligent.
• Preparing weekly and monthly trade performance reports and analyses.
• Preparing trade forecast(s).
• Creating and following up on the business development plans and activities.
• Preparing the required analysis to guide the sales.
• Prepare campaigns, presentations and advisories when required and Arrange customer giveaways and orders
• Follow up on Sales leads and engage with origins to ensure maximum traction
• Establish recommendation for product improvement
• Ensure business prioritization based on space, turn time/equipment availability and customer segmentation including coordination Trade and Marketing headquarters, Sales, Customer Service and Operations.
• Be a market expert in terms of trade, industry, competition and customers' developments.
