1.1 Responsible of all branches performance including the expenses, digital leads, signings and campaigns.
1.2 Responsible of the assigned leads by making sure that all the campaigns tags were added in the proper way for each lead and consultant, and the status of the lead.
1.3 Supervising and analyzing campaigns performance by preparing studies for the generated and assigned leads per branch and campaign, leads quality, top performing campaigns based on the targets and the applied video and/or picture.
1.4 Preparing professional reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis according to the desired ones by using the Excel, Google Sheets and Google Data Studio.
1.5 Responsible of MailChimp data including adding and cleaning the data plus the payments part.
1.6 Cleaning all the added data on the system (Emails and Phone Numbers).
1.7 Preparing studies for opening new branches and present it as PowerPoint format, containing country, currency, security status, possibilities for opening in certain city and living level.
1.8 Responsible of digital account managers tasks, quality check.
1.9 Responsible for physical marketing events and activations including the amount spent, leads and signings and make sure that all the data were added correctly on the system.
1.10 Responsible of marketing budget and expenses.

Meeting the suppliers to discuss their sales on a monthly and/or quarterly basis and how to increase sales accordingly.

1.12 Leading the negotiations with the suppliers regarding their participation in Pharmacy One offers and campaigns to boom their sales during the offers, providing them with sales and studies at the end of the campaign to discuss their sales level and how to improve it during the upcoming ones.

1.13 Preparing and meeting the suppliers to discuss business reviews studies in quarterly basis including growth, share, comparison according to the brands and categories.

1.14 Responsible of all Pharmacy One categories "Product items" by looking for the highest and lowest selling items, brands, suppliers and branches.

1.15 Research for new brands and products to be included in Pharmacy One products list, meeting with the suppliers to discuss the budget, marketing tools and prices.

1.16 Leading on turnover and profitability studies item and supplier.


1.17 Negotiating yearly visibility contracts with the suppliers according to ROI's, top selling branches and space availability.

1.18 Leading discussions and negotiations with suppliers regarding the yearly marketing plans, promotions calendar, monthly themes and open days campaigns.

1.19 Arranging and attending social events.
