• Create procedures and charters to enable reliability improvements
• Facilitate root cause analysis (RCA) related to the plant specific machinery.

• Ensuring application of:
o Failure Analysis Tools - Systematic Cause Analysis Technique (SCAT) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
o Lead Failure Analysis of Logging While Drilling (LWD) Tools and Surface Acquisition Systems (SAS)
• Performing and documenting quarterly and annual audits using Compliance Audit Tool (CAT)
• Steering risk prevention and mitigation initiatives using Hazard Analysis and Risk Control (HARC) Tool
• Carrying out Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Hazard & Operability (HAZOP) Studies and HSE Audits
• Ensuring compliance to:
o HSE standards for lock out tag out, work at heights & confined space entry
o Lithium battery standard
• Development and training of personnel
• Presenting technical alerts and design modifications to the field
• Serving as Loss Prevention Team (LPT) Member
• Reducing non-value added processes and ensured waste elimination through DMAIC approach utilizing tools - SIPOC, LEAN Metrics, Kaizen, Pareto Analysis, Poka Yoke and ROI
