Engaged in numerous responsibilities related to bookkeeping, payroll, and scheduling of staff.
Check availability of ingredients based on current market conditions and local purveyors.
Proactively involved with the development and implementation of effective plans to ensure efficiency of operations.
Responsible for handling the daily operation of the Restaurant.
Provide direction and leadership to staff.
