I possess nearly 24 years of experience in handling various facets of Retail Operations inclusive of Profit Center Operations, Marketing and Business Development Management. Coupled with this, I have also displayed proficiency in setting - up new Retail stores with involvement in training as well as recruitment and having extensive experience in giving direction to the overall sales and business development & General Managing operations.
My experience also expands in areas of Brand Management, handling Customer Relationship Management and communications coupled with abilities in leading and motivating teams.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Lead activities pertaining to customer service delivery and complaint resolution, Process management through implementation of SOP’s, availability of manpower and coverage, training, development & marketing activities.
