Kuwait Resources House - KRH provides Integrated HR solutions & Kuwait life support services to American Contracting Companies for their defense projects in support to the US Army on Area Support Group-Kuwait installations.
Team up with HR/ER team members to establish and execute policies and procedures and provide consulting and guidance to approximately 5500 employees in multiple projects.
Reworked project process to increase communication, both vertically and horizontally, across the projects, employees and with clients.
Recommended and implemented new approaches, strategies, and procedures to improve efficiency and quality of HR services in support of client operations and increasing revenue.
