Kuwait Resources House - KRH provides Integrated HR solutions & Kuwait life support services to American Contracting Companies for their defense projects in support to the US Army on Area Support Group-Kuwait installations.

 Team up with HR/ER team members to establish and execute policies and procedures and provide consulting and guidance to approximately 5500 employees in multiple projects.
 Reworked project process to increase communication, both vertically and horizontally, across the projects, employees and with clients.
 Recommended and implemented new approaches, strategies, and procedures to improve efficiency and quality of HR services in support of client operations and increasing revenue.
 Coordinates new hire on-boarding/orientation program and the employee separations process.
 Manage employee relations issues by investigating and providing solutions to workplace issues to include counseling, devising performance development plans etc. as appropriate.
 Ensuring that grievance handling and disciplinary proceedings are carried out in compliance with applicable company policies and the Kuwaiti labor law.
 Conducts exit interviews and analysis the results to reduce employee turnover and identify potentials impacting the retention of workforce and discusses the findings with management.
 Review and assess job responsibilities in conjunction with current market and wage trends to recommend and establish appropriate salary grades and guidelines.
 Assist with workforce planning, execution of employment contracts and salary negotiations.
 Identified, proposed and initiated corrective actions plans dealing with problematic areas.
 Administers benefits programs such as insurance claims/compensation, vacation, travel, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance etc.
