Assisting the Lawyers in the preparation of certain legal documents (briefing letters for filing of legal actions, notices, arranging for the service of such notices).
• Following-up of legal correspondence, monitoring of relevant litigation deadlines and managing correspondences.
• Preparing reports addressed to the management regarding the outcome of each case hearing.
• Performing miscellaneous tasks such as, highlighting textual changes in draft agreements, collating enclosures to be attached to agreements.
• Liaising with the Ministry of Commerce & industry in connection with legal enquiries and office actions (both procedures between clients & the ministry)
• Carrying out the legal and administration duties, and handling client's critical instructions with priorities, and other specific matters.
• Filing all the new trademarks applications, and submitting them to the online registration filing system, filing search reports and other trademarks related applications.
• Managing and supervising the administrational procedures (admissions) and training new employees.
• Marketing and Sales, such as establishing contracts and agreements with various English schools, colleges and universities, preparing and arranging promotions for students.
• Agent representative and maintaining business relationships, such as attending conferences and educational fairs, welcoming and arranging our partners representatives.
• Working as a senior manager in a fast growing and dynamic environment over (Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Uk and Ireland).
• Assessing employee's performance in private sectors based on evaluation requests received from directors of these sectors.
• Acting as a normal customer by asking particular questions and thereafter submitting my evaluation reports based on a detail criteria for customer services.
• Filing trademarks applications.

* Divert courses at AMU in Poznan ( Intellectual Property Law, Intercultural Communication, Negotiation and Political changes in the Middle East). * Scientific trips, camping, conferences, and other activities full of competitions in (Poznan, Poland, Berlin, Germany). * Polish Language official course from Adam Mickiewicz University (07-October, 2013 – 31, January 2014) 60 hours- 4 ECTS.
