• Install new/rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, storages, disaster recovery and backups as per the standards and project/operational requirements
• Test, evaluate, develop and install new enhancements and software/services on-premise or cloud-based
• Provide systems support and maintain systems on a 24x7 on-call rotation for the holding and over 200 IDM customers
• Act as Team Lead and first-level escalation point for all systems issues
• Perform daily system monitoring (integrity and availability), periodic security monitoring, performance reporting and tuning
• Develop and maintain installation, configuration and operational procedures
• Work with pre-sales/sales team and cross functional teams in POC and set requirements for existing and new IDM products
• Implement and administer all systems and network infrastructure within NavLink (ERP, AD, DNS, DHCP, FTP, VPN, Firewall, Cisco Router and Switches...)
• Research, test and implement several IT solutions (backup solution, Office LAN upgrade, Ticketing System, Monitoring System, MS AD...)
• Assist over 100 NavLink employees on-site or remotely (Qatar, UAE, KSA, France) with any IT issue
• Negotiate purchases, contract renewals and repairs with suppliers in Lebanon, Gulf and France
• Provide 24x7 Remote Managed Services (RMS) for large telecoms, ISPs and AT&T Enterprise Network Services (ENS) Support in MENA region
• Provide on-site and 24x7 support on some products/solution and interacted with suppliers of NavLink products and services
• Provide AT&T Enterprise Network Services (ENS) Support in MENA region
• Manage and Support NavLink systems (Messaging, LDAP, website, VPN, Backup...) and IT infrastructure
• Maintain Business Service Continuity through procedures, policies and regular health checks
• Provide Remote Managed Services (RMS) for large telecoms and ISPs in MENA region (LDAP, Messaging, Anti-Spam, IPT)
• Install, configure and manage virtual cold DR site for NavLink Critical Services to France Data Center

• Provide hardware and software support for more than 300 employees
• Maintain software database for various departments, develop requested reports and tools
• Coordinate repairs with hardware specialists and vendors
