Business Process Mapping - Mapped existing business processes and proposed improvements to be implemented simultaneously with the system implementation. Was also responsible for driving change with a team of change champions.
Requirement gathering - Gathered functional requirements and worked with development teams to ensure technical compatibility. Hands on exposure to UML.
Data Migration planning- Planned data migration from legacy systems. This included mapping data and validation existing data to ensure data integrity.
User Acceptance Testing & User Training - Developed test cases, issue identification, reporting, and tracking to ensure that issues are resolved on schedule. Facilitated User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Business/End User training.

• Awarded the DFCC Bank CEOs Award - 2010 for the contribution as a business analyst/Subject Matter Expert in the ‘SkyBank’ project.
• Designed and implemented a web based collection system - ‘DFCC Contact’. The system was developed internally and implemented within 6 months. DFCC Bank currently utilizes this system for nation-wide collections operation.
Portfolio management - Managed a portfolio of Corporate clients. This Involved assessment of capital requirements, product structuring, and follow up of the projects in the assigned industrial sectors.
Project Appraisal -Undertook detailed analysis of project proposals. This included detailed financial analysis, Cash flow modelling sensitivity analysis and project risk assessment.
Risk Assessment & Mitigation -Carried out environment analysis, industry analysis and business analysis using internal risk rating models to identify potential risks and proposals for risk mitigation.
Restructuring and Rehabilitation -Constantly reviewed the repayment record, with a view of identifying early warning signals of problems faced by the client. Rehabilitation and restructuring of facilities were carried out when required, in consultation with the client.
