Summary:
Under the supervision of the ITD Head, performs installation, troubleshooting, configuration and repair of laptops, desktop workstations, network communication equipment, printers, and associated equipment & software.

Maintenance Support:
*Maintain, operate, & troubleshoot workstations, installed software applications, printers, and associated equipment.
*Operates and maintains the computer facilities in offices and computer laboratories in the college.
*Install computer software and hardware facilities in offices and implement system configurations.
*Repair defective devices and make sure it will be in good working condition.
*Conduct regular checkup of computer resources.
*Coordinate with the different office on the maintenance of IT facilities.
Network Support
*Maintain the day to day operation of network facilities.
*Install and assists in providing network and remote connectivity.
*Installs and maintains network servers and appliances physical connections.
*Assist and provides support to the other ITC sections where network is require.
*Prepares report on all installations and configurations made that will form part of the entire network setup of the College.

*Responsible for the maintenance and repair of all computers and printers of UPHS Molino campus (offices and laboratories).
*Receives job order and service calls for the repair/maintenance of computer peripherals.
*Assist the Laboratory Custodian/ITS/ Administration in maintenance and orderliness and other computer peripherals.
*Prepares the purchase requisition for materials needed.
*Network cabling
*Maintaining the network connection in whole campus
