A Ensure the accuracy and reliability of AR
accounts on the system in order to provide
accurate reports and follow-up receivables
periodically.

1-Verification of daily financial transactions, including data verification, compilation, calculation, posting and registration on the system.
2-Supervising & verifying system invoices as well as payment receipts, registration and installation on the system.
3-Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues.
4-Follow-up of students school system (ISAMs) with the admissions unit in school to maintain the school's revenues and to ensure that the financial policies of the new students and leaving students.
5-Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
6-Prepare the outstanding reports and send it to the head of school for follow up, facilitate payment of outstanding invoices, by sending reminders and contacting customers.

B Controlling and supervising the
performance of the cashires operations in all
schools (all branches)
1-Supervising the processing of receivables and payments received in accordance with financial policies and procedures .
2-Maintain the daily work flow in terms of receiving the receipts from this year or the previous or the coming years and to ensure the issuance of receipts according to the procedure
3-Overseeing the handling of corporate financial claims from Cashiers to receive amounts due from their employees as soon as possible
4-Supervising and ensuring the completion of the day-to-day operations of the cashier through communication and coordination with them via e-mail, telephone and surprise work visits to help them to resolve any problems that may arise.
5-Hold weekly meetings to resolve outstanding issues, And take any possible opinion for development on the level of the procedure or on the system

C Follow-up collection process
1-Monitoring cash in hand with the cashier during the confirmation of the daily deposit of all collections
2-Reconciliation of bank deposits from collection of cash and bank checks with restrictions recorded on the system
3- Monitor the bank account statement to see the collection transferred from companies, and ensure the registration process on the system
4-Ensuring the performance of the check deposit process and the other revenues in their due dates and follow up with customers in case of insufficient balances or any other reasons.
5-Full supervision of the collection and verification of educational vouchers and their introduction into the Ministry of Education system. And billing and sending to collect with follow-up process until the transfer of funds to our accounts.
6-Comparing and complying with amounts deposited by the Ministry of Education. The process is done by printing the invoices from the ministry system in Excel format and matching them with the number of students and their details through the ISAMs
7-Following & monitoring with cashiers to complete the process of entering the system and registration of receipts

D Completion of tasks and works of the
department
1-Prepare the financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status requirements & collection reports for analysis and decision makers.
2-Receiving the intergroup invoices and verifying from them and booking (Trading, Contracting, ..ets)
3-Assisting in the monthly closing process by following up the related accounting restrictions, if any, and resolving them.
4-Receive all bank checks returned from the bank and contact the customers concerned to recover the amounts due.
5-Conduct visits to the Ministry of Education and contact the Office of Private Schools to see the most important new instructions Laws and developments.
6-Receive all refund transactions of parents, And check it if with our policies or not, and take the requested signature, And do the process up to collect the Chqs from Head of Group .
