Manage all Hygiene and Food safety Issues.
Conduct External and Internal audits.
Co-Ordinate with all external and internal trainings
Ensure the staff medical fitness.
Co ordinate with external pest control team and ensure the pest control activities in company premises.
• Development, Implementation, Monitoring and Corrective action of Food Safety Management System
• Handling of local Authority Inspection & third party certification and surveillance audits, Customer complaints handling, Record keeping.
• Fulfilling the requirements of Abu Dhabi Food Control Authority-Food control section as per its specified guidelines for food establishments in Abu Dhabi.
• Quality applications for the existing products.
• Working for different divisions of the company.
• Conduct weekly meeting for the assistant hygiene officers and arrange the weekly duty rota
• Asist.QA MANAGER throughout his duty.
•To control, monitor and ensure the HACCP, CGMP SSOP AND FSMS
SYSTEMS.
•To maintain the reports by daily basis
•Ensure the implementation of ISO 22000 requirements
•Hazard analysis and corrective action.
•Analysis of hygiene and quality standards of the production areas by physical mechanicaland chemical way

•Regular hygiene auditing and report making.
•Implementing GHP in production areas.
