Designed the financial ERP module on Microsoft Dynamics AX

Transformed the “Murjan Craft for Boats Manufacturing” from a losing company in 2012 to become the
3rd
boat factory in Dammam and Joubil in 2016. This was achieved through negotiations and
agreements with different banks on certain boat models to provide fishermen loans with low interest
when purchasing our boats. Also, constructed an excellent deal with an Emirate Boat to purchase our
motors with payment terms that reach 120 days, while the factory purchased new machines for
manufacturing with low interest loans and fulfilled all installments in time.
• Designed the full costing and inventory system of the factory.
• Restructured the Marine Services Company’s Financial system and department, e.g. structure, ERP
system, Inventory system, Archiving system, etc. Established fruitful deals with Riyadh Bank to finance
Aramco Saudi Projects in terms of LCs, Cash & purchase of assets. Through

Designed, structured and Implemented the company’s ERP system; Purchasing, Finance & Inventory
Modules for the main office as well as 21 retail outlets.
• Conducted all foreign purchases and importing for glasses and lenses sold.
• Conducted regular audits on the 21 outlets every 3 month.
• Enhanced the cash flow management system.
