Job Description:
• Live monitoring using Nagios for any alarms
• Monitoring Spectrum for any alarms and check individual Servers and File system
• Testing email services (SMTP, IMAP and POP3)
• Checking Webmail status
• Monitoring Database Table space status and free space available
• Monitoring using VMWare VSphere (server and cluster status)
• Secure 64 CDNS health check and status verification
• Email send and receive script
• Monitoring Backup Networker server and cluster status
Technical Support to IT related issues.
•Inventory of all ICT equipment
•Arrange and set up all devices in meeting rooms.
Configuration, installation, and mounting of Cisco switches, router, and network products to the client.
•Do the site survey
•Installation of Cisco IP Phones
•Patching of switches on the rack and IDF
•Support networks problem at Salam Technology office.
Provides computer support by troubleshooting and correcting problems on workstations and Networks.
•Installs and upgrades computer hardware and software applications.
•Diagnoses, troubleshoots, and replaces parts and repairs personal computers workstations and laptops.
•Maintains inventory of hardware and ensures appropriate licensures.
•Interact with customers who want to buy Personal Computers and Laptops (Apple and accessories, Acer, Dell, Lenovo, HP, MSI and other brand).
•May supervise, train and assign work to other staff members.
•Bookkeeper/Document Controller.
•Setup and Configuring/ Maintenance CCTV camera to the client.
•Cashier/POS.
