The company projects field were Electromechanical project,
 1st project was “RAS AZ-ZAWR / Riyadh water transmission system & pump stations”, the client was Saline Water Conversion Corporation (SWCC).
- 1st scope of work with engineering department in the H.O to prepare the project submittals.
- 2nd Scope of work Electrical Site Engineer for installation and commissioning.

 2nd project is RAFHA POWER PLANT, the client is Saudi Electrical Company “SEC”.
- the Scope of work was Electrical Site Engineer for installation and commissioning.
 The main responsibilities at engineering department were:
1. Prepare L.V SWGR, M.V SWGR, M.S.SWGR Panels, VSD, CATHODIC protection, Prepare foundation Earthing, and lightning protection system submittals.
2. M.V Motor, and transformer feeder single bus bar and double bus bar SWGR panels using ”codes and standards”, technical data, SWGR “General Requirements, Mechanical Requirements”
 SWGR ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Protection, Operation Modes, Bus Bars, Circuit Breakers, Isolators And Earthing Isolators, Plugs, Voltage And Current Transformers, Protection Relays, Auxiliary Relays, Overvoltage Protection, Signaling, Metering And Control, Wiring, Earthing, Anti-Condensation Heaters, panel Lighting, Sockets.

• At the site Electrical progress were:
1. M.V Motor Starter SCHNEIDERSWGR Panels, autotransformer installation, pre- commissioning test, internal interconnection wiring preparation with SCHNEIDER supervisor and 13.8 KV MV Incoming/ Outgoing cable termination.
2. M.V ABB & SCHNEIDER SWGR Panels erection, double & single bas bar fixing & tie, M.V insulator fix, gas duct fix, internal interconnection wiring preparation, start pre- commissioning test, and M.V cable termination.
3. Install distribution transformer 13.8KV/400V, 1600MVA, install H-beam foundation, erect the transformer body, collect all accessory for the body of transformer, start vacuum testing, fill oil with loop oil filtration machine.
4. Installation, Tested the foundation Earthing “complete Indoor foundation, and outdoor” using Lead sheathed stranded copper cable (Cu/Pb).
5. Install Indoor/outdoor & emergency lighting fixture, junction boxes, single / two way switch, power outlet sockets 220/110VAC, and PVC/RGS conduits, and valves shaft, and Emergency diesel generator building.
6. Install Cable ladder/try with classes M.V, L.V, I&C cable.
7. UPS, DC charger, batteries, Main distribution board for 125 VDC.
8. Fire alarm system addressable or conventional type installation, pre-commissioning test, startup .
9. HVAC power & control system installation, pre-commissioning test, start up.

Operation & Maintenance Engineer at Alexandria Maintenance Petroleum Company

My scope of work with GS was electrical engineer "construction & commissioning" for The Substation till the hand over signed.
• 1st progress with KOREAN ABB Electric Company Supervisors For EDCS "electrical distribution supervisor &control system" the scope to install & test the system for 45 day as:
1. Installation for the fibber optic cable, and prepare F.O termination between substation EDCS PLC Panels with substation EDCS room and DCS building.
2. Install the EDCS Panels it's Equipment like (2PLC” Modicon Quantum”, ADAM’s Modbus, HUB, dc power supply, etc.).
3. Adjust and install the industrial programs in the EDCS CP, and start to match the CP with the PLC’s in the panels” wonder ware…graphic, Unity pro……PLC”.
4. Draw the single line diagram for the substation electrical power.
5. Install all MCU’s location address for all MCC’s, and all REF’s addresses for all SWGR’s in the substation.
6. Communication Interface test between all SWGR gateways’ and the EDCS system.
7. Communication Interface test between all MCC gateways’ and the EDCS system.
8. Communication Interface test between UPS and BATTERY CHARGER with the EDCS system.
9. Communication Interface test between EDCS panels with the DCS system for the Important SWGR’s.

• 2nd progress with Korean ABB Electric Company Vendor For Installation Of SWGR, ABB- REF Software System:
1. Installation for the medium voltage"11KV, 6.9KV" protection control unit “REF CONTROLLER” software.
2. Interface test to SWGR (for start, stop, all kind of protection trip, and auto manual transfer in bus-tie) all at test mode handling with the EDCS system to check the events.
3. Installation for the low voltage pannels "0.4 KV", protection control unit software “MCU: MOTOR CONTROL UNIT" handling with HMI-LCD.
4. Interface test to each drawer "which contain MCU, ACB, and COTACTOR" (for start, stop, and all kind of protection trip) all at test mode handling with the EDCS system to check the events.
• IN STARTUP & COMMISSIONING PERIOD
o 3rd Progress with KOREAN GS Electrical Commissioning Teams "after ABB supervisors leave" to maintenance & solving any problem appear in the substation:
1. Weekly making Interface test and checking the communication between SWGR AND ALL MCC and EDCS system.
2. Maintenance & Making Interface test to SWGR or any drawer. If there any problems happen due to starting any motor in power scope.
The important thing that helps me is the faster learning, and also the good Help from Korean engineers.

Site Electrical Engineer at petroleum Projects and Technical Consultations CO. "PETROJET"

The 1st job was industrial work in PETROJET (petroleum Projects and Technical Consultations CO. Egypt), as a construction engineer to construct a Farm Tanks project to Sumed company (Arab petroleum pipeline co. SUMED) with storage capacity (120, 000 m3 crude oil).
The Electrical Progress was ::
1. Power & Control Cable, pooling, fixed, Install in cable trench, duct, cable ladder from tanks to substation & control building.
2. Pulling, fixed, install the fibber optic cable, termination, between substation patch panels and DCS room.
3. Installation for Earthing system for all electrical equipment, steel structures, tanks and pipe lines.
4. Installation for the Cathodic protection units for vessels, and pipe lines, but for storage tanks, we use a Mesh network of bars of the anodes has buried in the soil under the tank structures called\{SUBMITAL FOR CATHODIC PROTECTION SYSTEMS FOR TANKS\}.
5. Installation for the linear heat detector on the terminal of the floating cap for the floating tanks.
6. Installation for the high limit switch, and ATG in the highest point in the tank.
7. Installation for the mixer's Motors.
