1) Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of talent management and development programs. Partnering with business leaders and HR business partners to design and implement talent strategies, employee and leadership development programs, compensation and evaluation programs, and cultural/change leadership initiatives. Allowing the company to improve business performance while strengthening the organization for continued growth.
2) Design, implement, and then manage programs to bridge the organization’s gabs in talents. Such as: Talent Review Program, Professional Development Program (PDP) for university fresh graduates. And Supervisory Development Program.
3) Design, implement, and then manage competency modules for each job profile within the organization.
4) Design, implement, and then manage Training courses for management, supervisory and leadership skills.
5) Develop strong professional partnerships with outside partners and vendors in the training and development fields. Such as: universities, technical institutes.
1) Lead the recruitment technology platform strategy and ensure full optimization, utilization, enhancements and continuous improvement of the Applicant Tracking System and other recruitment tools.
