• To be proactive with locating and developing new business in line with the revenue and sales through the appropriate media
• To ensure all opportunities are taken to promote products to our customers and to increase the client base
• To attend any promotion events or external site as required by the BU Head.
• To obtain 12 sales appointments per week both out of the office and in house.
• Establish new business over and above the base business in the company through direct corporate.
• Have extensive knowledge of competitor Manpower Suppliers and what business is booking into the area
• Carry out telephone sales calls to sell the manpower
• Establish key relationships with corporate clients to ensure maximum exposure and increase revenue
• Ensure that all communications with customers are handled within the required time frame and to the company standards
• Ensure that the Finance department is given accurate information for billing if required
• Be pro-active in putting forward suggested actions to achieve the department’s targets
• Demonstrate a “can do” attitude at all times
• Assist in other departments during emergencies or as deemed necessary by the General Manager
• Carry out other duties/tasks outside normal routines but within the overall scope of the job
• Deciding yearly and monthly sales goals with the help of management
• To develop clear, concise market positioning and sales strategies focusing on achieving targets
• Working as a member of executive leadership team
• Helping structure and managing corporate strategy as well as the management dealings
• Training and managing the sales executives and managerial work force for the region
• Giving feedback and status report of current strategies to BDM on monthly basis
• Receiving sales report from sales executives
• Compiling sales reports of the region and forwarding it to BDM
• To provide other help to seniors and management as and when required

• I was handling Diera City Center Outlet solely.
• Handling all the clients and giving them proper information to ensure customer satisfaction
