• Develop facilitator/participant materials and collateral (program plans, templates, forms etc.) to aid the
implementation of training programs
• Maintain and promote L&D related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and tools (e.g., catalogue, guides)
• Provide on-site staffing, logistics management and support training events
• Identify new training programs, trends, topics, content and resources.
