• Efficiently conduct System Analysis to get the client’s requirements and then do a Design/GAP analysis and document & share the details in a binding project document.
• To get the process gaps into the standard system and Implement & rollout our company’s Route Sales Force Automation Solution (BackOffice & Frontend) customized for the client.
• Create project implementation and action plan against set key performance indicators.
• Supervise and manage the deployment of the handheld computers. Verify and supervise data import into the BackOffice.
• Integration of the BackOffice with the existing ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system (if any) of the client company.
• Implement best practices & policies in the client’s sales related processes through Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) in order to maximize the cost-benefit ratio.
• Worked on developing and maintaining projects outsourced from various ministries of the Government of Saudi Arabia and also developing in-house projects of the company.
• Making delivery of the project (including, project installation, documentation, and training).
• Lead a team of 2-3 developers in efficiently managing projects assigned to our team
• Delegated work amongst various team members accordingly
• Managed the team and provided motivation and encouragement in order to achieve project goal efficiently and effectively
• Supervise and help the team in day to day development activities and provide technical knowhow wherever required.

• Worked on the projects outsourced from various ministries of the Government of Saudi Arabia and also developing in-house projects of the company as part of a project team.
• Providing: over-the-phone support (for minor issues/problems) and on-site support (for major issues/problems) for the project during the maintenance period to the client.
• Worked with C#/VB on Web and Windows Application development
• Worked on Windows Applications using Visual Basic 6 as the development language and SQL Server 2000 as the DBMS.
• Worked using Java and Advanced Java technologies along with SQL Server as the DBMS
