• Handling Store operations, customs and port clearance for Audi -Porsche and Volkswagen vehicles in Dubai
and northern emirates.

exported to Non-GCC Countries in order to get duty refund based on the customs set off mechanism within GCC
countries.
•Payments of Custom Duty, goods that are cleared, under Customs SG Account and arranging payment of
Custom duty up on the maturity date
•Handled petty cash for the showroom, Administration and logistics department for AL GHANDI AUTO
showroom sheik Zayed road location.
•Receiving goods up on arrival allocating in designated space
• Perform visual inspection of all the incoming cars and make sure the goods are intact.
•Making of store receive voucher / GRN in system
•Distribution of the goods according to the requisitions from various showrooms throughout the region.
•Documenting Warehouse in and out transactions for audit purpose.
•Maintaining accurate stock data through stock checking in regular intervals.
