Intensive research on potential key clients in Jordan and UAE to tailor Alliance offerings to their specific needs. Develop offerings that add value to Alliance's total package offering. Provide premium customer relationship management. Handle PR and social media activities. Website content development. Creative Consultants Sales and key accounts manager. Supervise training sessions and workshops that Alliance held and provide training support. Develop creative and "out-of-the-box" sales presentations to Alliance's market in Jordan and Saudi Arabia. Played a major role in setting up a division "Ripple" dedicated to CSR related issues.
During November of 2009, I started drafting a plan for my mentor Mr. Maher Kaddoura (Ex-Director at Accenture). This plan was to become Meydan an initiative on the behalf of Mr. Kaddoura to help Jordanian youth become successful entrepreneurs. I laid the foundation for the structure of the Meydan Accelerator Program and later moved on to focus on how to make Meydan a nationwide renowned name.
This involved me:
1. Creating marketing strategies primarily focusing on e-marketing.
2. Creating a Meydan community rather than simply a program based initiative to ensure its sustainability by encouraging Jordanian youth and established businessmen to be directly involved in the process.
3. Being totally immersed in social media and marketing.
4. Planning events for Meydan and I was the event manager at the pilot Meydan Launch event.
Besides the aforementioned I was also dedicated to supporting my team in various fields.
I was assigned to lead the Hikmat Road Safety - School Zone program.
It included creating a plan and strategy to implement this program and it included designing various training kits for all parties involved. This involved also extensive research and content development.
I was elected to represent the students of the MA Marketing programme. Tasks and duties include being a supervisor over general student affairs and coordinator of events. Attend meetings with faculty members and university executives to present student perspectives and also as the middle man between the University and students.
My tenure is to end as soon as I am graduated by Sept 09.
I was trained and placed in charge of market study and research. I started my employment with Jadara during my last 2 years of undergraduate studies at the University of Jordan. Duties included being part of a team that is charged with identifying prospect clients and potential opportunities to expand the operations of the organization. Also I was in direct communication with clients.
Internship... i was to be a jack of all trades. Experiencing every aspect of the finance department from basic accounting tasks such as posting and journalizing to accessing and using the company's private and confidential financial database that is linked to the HQ in Paris, France.
I was to use this knowledge and experience and figure out how Management Information Systems is linked to every detail in the finance department of a multinational organization.
