Shifting the reporting systems in the company from manual to automated by using the latest technolgies in the business reports automations (such as Cognos, Business Intelligence system, etc…)
Experience with call centre management/ complaints handling process and systems.
Maintaining excellent relationship between the company’s and its internal customers (MetLife Alico Agents/Brokers)
Developing new process flows, procedure documentations, manuals, Sales policy, strategic plans, etc, ,
Performing several customer satisfaction surveys and based on evaluation reports improve response time and follow-up procedure.
Was able to find solutions for many major problems in the company such as new commission payments rules in UAE, QFC regulations, etc…
