- Kuwait Culture Center, with Al-Hany Contracting Company, It is a multi-discipline project (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical), Culture Center project is about 240 Million KD (total project cost). We have about, 30500 ton of steel structure,
- New Head Quarter for National Bank of Kuwait (NBK), it is high rise building with height 300m and 60 floors. Area about 127000m2. Having 30000 ton of steel structure.
Design and supervision by SSH, Buro Happold and Foster+Partners. Under project management Projacs.
Job Description:
1- To provide steel services that supplement a multi-disciplinary team in developing the design of projects
2- Evaluate and interpret specific requirements from data received from the Project Manager and/or the Client to identify issues that may influence the development of concept designs.
3- Facilitate the development of the production team structure, size and composition and a project time schedule in collaboration with the Project Manager.
4- Collaborate with the (Senior) Project Manager throughout the duration of a project to establish realistic and achievable project goals with prudent time schedules.
5- Apprise the Head of Department completely on the status of all projects being managed.
6- Create or oversee the creation of concept designs to facilitate the approval thereof by the client.
7- Oversee the Steel work in the modification of the approved concept design into a functional and efficient schematic arrangement that is effectively co-ordinated with the other disciplines (Engineering, QS).
8- Ensure that statutory authority submissions are timeously developed, checked and verified for submission in the correct format and that interim submissions for review (by the client or other parties) are timeously completed and meet contractual obligations.
9- Supervise the Steel Structure and other team members to ensure that design development is accurate, reflects the design intent and is well co-ordinated with other disciplines.
10- Follow up with the Steel Subcontractor in fabrication stage and insure that all materials, fabrication and painting as per the project specification.
11- Follow up with the Steel Structure subcontractor in erection stage and insure that the erection done in safe and proper way.
12- Follow up with the Steel Structure subcontractor for as built drawings and review it before submitting it to the Clint.
Responsible for 2 plants Steel Structure workshops in Ahmadi and mina Abdullah, Factory capacity is about 250 ton built up sections and about 40000 m. length of cold formed section (Z, C), the factory team is about 175 labors and non manual staff is about 45 persons.
Job Description:
1- To deal with the clients and offer the company facilities.
2- Estimate and pricing for the several jobs in Kuwait.
3- Follow up with factory team and arrange for scheduling the jobs.
4- Follow up with the suppliers and the store keeper for arranging the stock of materials need for the next jobs.
5- Follow up with the maintenance engineer to maintain the factory machines.
6- Follow up with designer engineer and the detailer be sure that the erection drawings and fabrication drawings are as per the client requirements.
7- Follow up with production staff to be sure that the job will be fabricated as per the drawings and the client requirements.
8- Follow up with dispatch staff to be sure that the job shall be delivered in the correct time as per agreement with the Client and with the priorities accepted by the client and to the correct location.
9- Follow up with erecting staff to be sure that the job is erected as per the approved drawings and as per the client requirements.
10- Follow up with the client for handing over the job and receive the official documents for this issue.
11- Follow up with the accountant dep. To be sure that the company is receiving the full contract amount from the client after handing over the job.
- Project No. (EF/S-153) - Operation and Maintenance for the GRP pipe lines from DMC (Data Monitoring Center) to Abdally and Wafra farms, and follow up operation work in DMC, Abdally, Kabad and wafra pump stations. We are supervision for 6 projects and 4 main contractors (SE-140, SE- 143, SE- 98 Kharafi National), (SE-71 Combined Group), (SE-97 UGCC) and (SE-96 Mushrif)
Job Description:
1- Site setting out, excavations, subtraction, block works insulation, cladding, etc.
2- Maintenance of 2 administration building 1200 sqm each and parking area for each in Abdally and Wafra .
3- Maintenance of Tertiary Valve Chamber 700 sqm area inside DMC compound.
4- Maintenance of 3 Pump station Buildings 1500 sqm each and parking area in DMC, Kabad and Wafra.
5- Repair GRP pipes with different sizes 1200 mm diameter for Abdally line and 1600 mm diameter for Kabad and wafra lines.
6- Repair leak in Reservoirs by using CIM materials to repair expansion joints for floor and walls and using injection for repair leaking points on the walls.
7- Checking and evaluate technical submittals and shop drawings.
Responsible for Steel Factory, Factory capacity is about 150 ton built up sections and about 30000 m. length of cold formed section (Z, C), the factory team is about 35 labors and non manual staff is about 5 persons.

- Aromatics Complex Project, with Maria Tecnimont Italy, it is about 2.2 billion US dollars (total project cost). We have about, 7500 ton of steel structure, 65, 000 M3 concrete work, 570, 000 ID piping work, 900 KM length of cable, and about 2500 ton for steel dressing for heavy equipment.
- Booster Station BS-160, with Snamprogetti Italy, in KOC in Ahmadi, It is a multi-discipline project (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical), BS-160 project is about 40 Million KD (total project cost). We have about, 5500 ton of steel structure, 45, 000 M3 concrete work, 570, 000 ID piping work, 900 KM length of cable, and about 1500 ton for steel dressing for heavy equipment.
Job Description:
1- Prepare and follow up work for the site engineers.
2- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress report to the top managements showing the actual status of the site and comparing this status with the schedule.
3- Follow-up and prepare also letters and technical queries for the client to solve the problems which we can face in the project.
4- Follow-up and prepare letters for all sub-contractors.
5- Follow-up with planning department to find the priority of work and to achieve schedule timing.
6- Follow-up and check with steel supplier for all drawings and materials to be sure that there is no missing items or detail in the drawing and no clashing with any piping or equipment or civil work.
7- Follow-up receiving all materials coming from factory and Coordinate with erecting team to help them to erect steel members.
8- Follow-up site preparation for civil work and fixing anchor bolts.
9- Arrange with site engineers the required equipments and also safety requirements to be ready while we start erection.
10- Follow-up erection and be sure that building is fully erect and in correct way and in be sure that fully finished in scheduled time.
11- Coordinate with quality control department and client engineer to release our finished work.

2- Screen and prepare Quotation Information Form (QIF) and Contract Information Form (CIF) for Pre-Engineered Buildings, Space Frames, and Structural Steel Projects in the Middle East and other export areas.
3-Prepare formal proposals and assist client with design recommendations, technical data, budget information and contacts with qualified builders of Material for steel buildings.
