Main responsibilities :

- Acting as Managing Director

- Development of internet web based applications.
Activity held in the last years to develop Business to Business applications (e-procurement,
e-selling, etc) with specific focus on customer and supplier integration (supply chain integration).

-Analysis of customer needs, definition of technical specifications, project management and
coordination of a software development team

- Integration of Internet technologies with existing LANs, planning and implementation of internet technologies with existing LANs.

- Analysis of customer requirements and definition of best process and software products.
Customer process analysis to define/propose the best process and build a software application able to reduce process steps and improve employees productivity.

- Training and technical support to users, network administrators and sales rep's.
