• Managing the daily activities of the QA/QC (5 engineers & 4 technicians) & HSE (3 engineers) departments.
• Daily, weekly and monthly meetings and site visits with the site client & consultant company representatives
• Promoting QA/QC & HSE achievements and performance improvement throughout the site organization
• Persuading reluctant staff to change their way of working to incorporate HSE & quality methods in their daily work routine;
• Review all material sample, trade quality plans/ITP, procedures and O&M manuals submissions from Subcontractors and Suppliers.
• Coordinating incoming material inspections and approvals by the site consultant company representatives
• Monitoring and follow up of document submittals to the site consultants office that concern QA/QC & HSE department
• Follow up Nonconformity reports if a Nonconforming product or service has been detected and follow up of the Corrective Activities to correct/prevent the deficiencies in future

- Phase 2 Construction of a Production Catalysts Plant for Johnson Matthey Macedonia

• Reviewing Documents, Method Statements, Inspection & Test Plans and Certifications received from different subcontractors.
• Review all material sample, trade quality plans/ITP, procedures and O&M manuals submissions from Subcontractors and Suppliers.
• Ensuring documents prepared and submitted to the site supervisors comply with national and international standards and legislation
• Monitor that inspection and test activities Ensuring that only approved materials are used on the project sites, ensuring that inspection and test plans are properly understood, carried out, test results properly evaluated and nonconformities and modifications are properly investigated if necessary and properly documented

• Reviewing the projects scope of work, related documentation, specifications, procedures, plans, and drawings.
• Reviewing Documents, Method Statements, and Certifications received from different subcontractors.
• Ensuring documents prepared and submitted to the site supervisors comply with national and international standards and legislation
• Ensuring that only approved materials are used on the project sites, ensuring that inspection and test plans are properly understood, carried out, test results properly evaluated and nonconformities and modifications are properly investigated if necessary and properly documented;
• Persuading reluctant construction engineering staff to change their way of working to incorporate new quality methods

• Promoting QA & HSE(Quality Assurance & Health, Safety and Environmental) achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization;
• Setting QA & HSE compliance objectives and ensuring that targets are achieved;
• Assessing the product specifications of the company and its suppliers, and comparing with customer requirements;
• Working with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers and contractors;
• Ensuring compliance with national and international standards and legislation;
• Development of a new integrated QA & HSE Manual and procedures considering the application of quality, environmental and health and safety standards such as ISO 9001:2008;ISO 14001;2004 and OHSAS 18001;2007
• Agreeing standards and establishing clearly defined quality methods for staff to apply and implement the QA & HSE procedures;
• Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering internal and external training for employees;
• Collating and analyzing performance data, against defined charts parameters during functional testing of pumps;
• Ensuring that incoming material control, production control and final control tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out, evaluated and that product nonconformities and modifications are properly investigated if necessary and properly documented;
• Supervising technical staff in carrying out tests and checks;
• Writing technical and management systems reports;
• Persuading reluctant staff to change their way of working to incorporate new HSE & quality methods;
• Liaising with external certification bodies auditors and customers' auditors and ensuring the execution of internal and external audits are performed as per the company program and the corrective action if issued are closed in compliance with applicable standard’s and customers' specifications;
• Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.

• Reviewing the projects scope of work, related documentation, specifications, procedures, plans, and drawings.
• Managing and coordinating the activities of Mechanical, Welding, Electrical, Civil Quality Control Inspectors and NDT (Non Destructive Testing) Laboratory.
• Verifying that the quality related activities are complying with the applicable codes, specifications, quality regulations and client requirements.
• Ensuring that all inspection activities regarding welded and fabricated items, internal and external surface defects in materials, dimensional non conformances are properly documented.
• Ensuring verification of documentation and certificates for materials purchased by Contractor and subcontractors.
• Ensuring compliance of final documentation prior issue to the Client
• Preparing the Internal audit program and internal auditing of services, processes and procedures as per the company Quality Management System (QMS) and ISO 9001-2000.
• Identify any quality related deficiencies, propose corrective actions and verify their implementation

• Verifying that the activities of the process planning and control are carried in the right manner following the project schedule.
• Monitor all quality related activities for the ongoing project.
• Reviewing the project scope of work, related documentation, specifications, procedures, plans, and drawings.
• Verifying that at the moment of the tests all related quality control documents are available and updated.
• Ensuring that the materials purchased by suppliers and the services performed by subcontractors comply with the applicable codes, specifications, quality regulations and client requirements.
• Internal auditing and inspection planning.
• Reporting on quality maters to the engineering Sector Manager.
• Composing engineering Quality Control Plans for offers and proposals as directed by the Sector Manager.
• Coordinate the activities of the soil, concrete and asphalt testing laboratory.

• Establish and maintain the Quality Control Plan in accordance with NATO Maintenance Support (NMS) Contract and ISO 9001;2000.
• Immediately resolve problems concerning quality control, safety Issues when feasible.
• Reporting on the performance of the Quality Management System (QMS) to the Quality Control Manger and or Program Manager.
• Inspections include all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Civil, Architectural and Structural disciplines and or as required in the NMS Contract and the company’s QMS.
• Conduct internal auditing of services, processes and procedures as per the QMS and ISO 9001;2000 requirements.
• Ensure measurement of processes towards achievement of quality goals and customer satisfaction.

• Preparing the Quality Control (QC) Inspection Monthly Schedule.
• Perform QC inspections and identify problems related to services, processes, and QC program requirements, recommend solutions and verify implementation of QC solutions.
• Inspections include all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Civil, Architectural and Structural disciplines and or as required in the ELMS Contract and the company’s QMS.
• Provide written report with the inspection results.
• Maintaining records of submittals, drawing submittals, schedules to the client.

• Bill of Quantity estimation and quotation preparation for different client requests.
• Supervising and organizing the fabrication and installation of different project components.
• Plan and schedule the work force and equipment demand.
• Plan and schedule own work priorities and activities in line with the construction schedule.
• Monitor and taking necessary remedial action to ensure full compliance with all relevant standards, e.g., contract documents, specifications, method statements, policies and procedures.
• Providing standard reports as necessary to ensure that superior has the necessary up-to-date information and data to effectively manage the project to meet its objectives.

• Ordering and incoming quality inspections of spare parts, lubricants and materials necessary to maintain continuous production process.
• Identification of production related problems and recommending solutions.
• Distribution of the mechanical, electrical, instrumentation documents and drawings to the maintenance team.
• Ensuring that the documentation is properly maintained and all changes/modifications on process equipment are properly recorded.
