• Led the design and implementation of a continuous monitoring solution within the Fine Art Auction House Christie’s. The successful project provided a controls and risk management environment to automate monitoring of the following business areas: Client Accounting, Art Transport and Online Only Sales providing the business with real-time MIS reporting.
• Led the data migration specialist development team over the course of the Lloyds/HBOS Release F Mortgage Migration project. The role of our team was to support the development of automated scripts that replicated the transformation process of HBOS Mortgage data prior to load. Our team were onsite supporting multiple SIT testing cycles through to final UAT business signoff through the entirety of the project.
• Was part of a KPMG led Revenue Assurance consultancy project in West Africa for the telecommunications operator Etisalat. I was responsible for the data analysis stream, meeting with key areas of the business to secure access to a range of Moov Côte d’Ivoire data sources. Once data had been secured I worked alongside KPMG’s Revenue Assurance team performing revenue leakage and fraud analysis.
• Developed an ASP.NET web service to query GBGroup hosted databases via CaseWare Monitor. Allowing real time ID verification of new Christie’s clients.
• Consulted with the UK based bank ‘National Savings and Investments’ to identify processes within Fraud and Risk Management that could be improved by continuous monitoring. I subsequently led the development and implementation of a series of automated transaction and Anti-Money Laundering routines. These automated routines produced reports that were deployed within a continuous monitoring solution.
• Provided assistance to the Sales Team, delivering Pre-Sales Technical advice and technical presentations to prospective clients.
• Liaised with third party suppliers World-Check and GBgroup to integrate real-time PEP, KYC and Sanction Screening into the CaseWare Monitor Solution.
• Led a payroll workshop for the Irish Health Service Executive to identify areas of their payroll audit that could be improved by automation.
• Delivered advanced and basic specialist data analysis software training across Europe, North America and the Middle East to a wide range of organisations including Lloyds TSB, Allied Irish Bank, Abu Dhabi Airport Company, the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Japan Tobacco International.
• Responsible for the training team, including continued development of training courses and documentation and management of training schedules.
• Liaising with the marketing department to develop AuditWare’s training presence.
• Managing the team responsible for resolving 2nd and 3rd line live support issues whilst documenting and analysing the root cause.
• Liaising with IDEA developers CaseWare to report bugs and fixes.
• Managing the maintenance of in-house software tools.
