•Provides coordination for the technical components of the program.

•Provides technical support. Troubleshoots and resolves challenges and obstacles.
•Contributes to timely and accurate program reporting, including monthly reports to HQ, annual reports to donor, and other relevant program documentation.
•Manages all major program documentation including publications and marketing materials.
•Ensures that Standards of Conduct, the Employee Handbook, and other corporate and applicable policies, procedures, and schedules are adhered to.
•Leads the implementation of a monitoring and evaluation plan for all program activities.
•Represents CHF with donors, government partners, and other key stakeholders as necessary. Participates in internal and external assessments, working groups, and workshops.

• S• Attract and conduct meetings with interested companies to recruit fresh graduates and job seekers.
• Attract, screen and interview suitable candidates-fresh graduates and job seekers- then nominate them to interested corporates. Conduct follows up on both to monitor where it applies. Also, deliver Job Placement programs where needed.

• Coordinate with universities, Colleges and Communities youth Centers` contacts on all operational levels
• Supervise Assistant Officers and Interns regarding Job Placement Programs delivery across Jordan
• Reporting to the upper management
