I Know a lot of things about Stock controller 2- Operator and customer service in call center in Americana Company:
• Responsible for doing the operation tasks assigned and coordinate with the client / client representatives for transactions requirements and to ensure valid coordination with transport coordinators and operation team that the client orders are fulfilled well within the parameters of the service level agreement
• Ensure all replenishment cycle in place to avoid any shortage in materials and stock.
• Daily reconciliation for the stock on clients system VS our system (Exceed) to ensure both of systems are matching all the time, hence smooth operation will run
• Escalate the open issue to our management through daily reports-
• Furnishes the line manager on words, with reports regularly.
• Daily generation of transactional documents and relaying these to all concerned as soon as possible
• Updating the system and ensuring data updated on the system accurate.
• Coordinates with the Stock Controllers on matters of system and operational anomalies-
• Furnishing “monthly/weekly/daily “inventory balance, expiry, hold report, cut cases …etc, for the clients“
• Clarifying issues related to the integrity of WMS by all means and communicate it to all Customer Service Representative to contact IT staff to fix the issue, and then update all concerned parts with the updating.
• Archiving (RTS’s, Receipt Confirmations, Pick Lists and Delivery Sheets.)
• Register the In-Out bound records (date and time) and Update it, then send it on a daily basis to QC team, who work and use it to measure KPIs.
• Daily generation of transactional documents and relaying these to all concerned ASAP.
• Updating the system and ensuring data updated on the system is accurate.
• Coordinating with Operation team leader / Transport Coordinator to clarify client queries.
• Coordination for prioritizing schedules, availing status and updating clients.
