Duties and Responsibilities:
• Supervise Asphalt paving in site.
• Oversee quality assurance.
• Investigate problems in carrying out the prepared plans.
• Check work done by contractors and compare it to the
construction plans.
• Liaise with the counterparts technical staff on all issues
related to the project.
• Report accomplished work.
• Research in material used in construction site.
• Verify the technical quality of work, and review the results of
all tests required by the specifications.
• Determine deductions on accomplished work according to
standards.
• Review monthly progress payments submitted by
contractors for the accomplished site quantities.

Organizing human and material resources on site.
Taking responsibility for health and safety on site.
Prepare the bill of quantity.
