Hany has worked as the head of the legal department from October 2010, reporting directly to the Chairman of the Group.

Job Overview:

Performs research and analysis of routine legal problems and issues and carries out legal operations that are required within the department. Also delegates legal cases and daily departmental assignments.

Major Responsibilities/ Duties:

• Prepares legal contracts, deeds, leases, and other legal documents.
• Researches relevant statutes, rulings, and precedents to be used as a basis for providing legal opinions of a routine nature or limited scope.
• Performs preliminary work in the preparation of legal opinions.
• Conducts factual investigations of a limited scope.
