Coordinating with other disciplines.
•Projects Pricing and Preparing Technical Data.
•Preparing the Shop & As-built Drawings.
•Preparing Material submittals & Inspection Requests.
•Preparing Work Time Schedules.
•Reviewing The Project Cost.
•Preparing weekly Report for the Work Progress.
•Preparing Invoices During the Project.
•Studying the Coordination of works with other Trades.
•Preparing the contracts for sub-contractors.
•Supervision the installation of all works related to Electrical and Mechanical systems:
•Generators, ATS & Transformers.
•Electrical Panel Boards and MCC’s.
•Lighting system.
•Earthing system and lightning protection.
•Access control system.
•Power & UPS sockets.
•Intrusion System.
•Sound System.
•Clock system.
•CCTV System.
•Data & Telephone Network.
•Fire Alarm System.
•Cable Trunks, Ladders, baskets &trays.
•All low voltage cables pulling.
•Infrastructure works (low voltage Cables, low current cables, Fire Fighting Pipes, Water Supply Pipes, & Sewage).
•Split and Central Units (FCU, AHU and Package Units).
•Chiller and Chilled water Pipes network.
•Air Ducts and Air Outlets.
•Chilled water pumps.
•Fire Fighting System (Pumps, Piping, valves, sprinklers, cabinets, Fire Hydrant, Siamese Connection…etc).
•Automatic Gas System (Fire alarm Panels, Piping, Nozzles, Cylinders…).
•Perform electrical conceptual detailed design work, coordinate and execute electrical engineering projects and proposals as site engineer
•Prepare contract review for subcontractors if available, material costs estimates, hour budget estimates as well as defining the detailed planning of activity
•Overall responsibility for technical issues and coordinate with other disciplines
•Review electrical design documents / drawings and interface with other disciplines, vendor and client
•Prepare Electrical system design for the onsite team
•The ability to write work scope descriptions, and provide leadership and direction to the on site team
•Perform electrical calculations, studies and prepare electrical specifications.
ONSITE REPONSIBILITIES
•Staff under my direct supervision: 1 Supervisor, 5 Foremen, 15 Charge hands (team leaders) and over 195 workers (Electricians, ass. electricians, fitters, welders…etc.)
• Supervising the installation of :
• Cable trays, electrical conduits, lighting fixtures, floodlights, welding receptacles, outlets, level gauges, heat tracing, wiring and electrical junction boxes.
•Earthing system.
•Cathodic protection system.
•Cable pulling for over 120, 000 meters between field and substations plus the termination of cables.
•In order the job to be done perfectly we refer and regard the standards in our work.
These standards used are: NEMA, SAES, NEC, IEEE, ANSI
