* Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
* Confer with client to determine factors affecting planning interior environments, such as budget, architectural preferences, and purpose and function.
* Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope and meet the deadlines
* Coordinating with the estimation department and the project management department to assure the smooth flow of the project.
* Direct the development and implementation of multiple projects management strategies / plans provide technical and contractual support to Management team for on-time successful completion of projects.
* Direct and supervise subordinates involved in the preparation of project costing, drawings, design development from concept to execution.
* Responsible for supervision of overall architectural design activities of front office.
* Take control of Vendors/Suppliers and other external Agencies to protect company’s interest and for the execution of assigned projects within the approved time, cost and quality.
* Perform site visits, review site projects of work and ensure timely completion, workout alternative plans in delays.
* Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.

Responsible of leading a team in the finishing stage for 1200 units and handing over that units at the best quality to the client, preparing quotations, reports, organizing the work to be able to deliver each unit on time and supervising any technical test .
prepare desgn concepts upon the clinte's choices, presenting the designs with 3d studio max, prepare shop drawings for the contractors, following up with the sites and quantatiy survaying
desiging interior spaces like showrooms, villas, exhibitions, shops ... etc
and making 3d models using 3d studio max using v ray rendering and making presentatios with the clients

designing and creating 3d models for exterior and interior projects
•Responsible of preparing 3Ds presentations for different kinds of projects .
•Preparing all shop drawings and construction documentation .
