Perform Core Routers Configuration MPLS TE / IP MPLS.
Configure Huawei routers (NE40E-X, NE5000E-NE80) series.
Perform Edge Routers Configuration for GSM/Data network Operation & Maintenance MPLS IP L3/L2VPN.
Troubleshoot and investigate with service side for connectivity issues.
Performs MDT&TCN for new service implementation or connectivity issues.
Make daily, weekly and monthly reports about traffic utilization and routers performance.
Perform path upgrade for CORE/PEs routers.
Perform MPU/SFU replacement activate.
Mange the deployment of CISCO routers and internal networking to provide point to point connectivity for ministries (Ministry of Agriculture and Ministry of Social Affairs) branches.
Configuring the routing protocols (OSPF, BGP) and gig/fast Ethernet interfaces.
-Responsible for coordination with STC for troubleshooting of issues faced during field installations.
-Register all the clients (Civil Defense Auto Max and AVL) trouble tickets and follow up trouble tickets internally and externally until it gets closed.
-Responsible for support of all the existing solutions (AVL, Auto Max, Recording systems).
-Prepare maintenance reports, maintenance invoices.
-Prepare the weekly report for the CRM meeting.
Analyzing systems logs and identifying potential issues with computer systems.
Introducing and integrating new technologies into existing data center environment.
Performing routine audits of systems and hardware.
Performing backup.
Applying operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes.
Installing and configuring new hardware and software.
Adding, removing, or updating user account information.
Answering technical queries and dealing with often frustrated users.
