- Applied the supply chain financing payment terms with the major suppliers of Copper & Aluminium which generated financial savings of nearly 2.2 MSAR.

- Acknowledged all requirements in requisition for purchase issued by the department; maintained the BOQ with updates from suppliers until after awarding the contract.
- Managed all purchasing & logistics activities for all raw materials required for production including (copper, steel, chemicals, insulation materials) for different factories Cables, Transformers, PVC, and Panel Boards
- Handled purchasing machines, production lines, spare parts, tools, testing equipment, lubricating oils, and industrial gases.
- Controlled logistics-related activities including follow up the shipping of goods and preparation of the shipping documents and insured that it is conforming with requirements of the Saudi customs.
- Managed and controlled the arrival of goods to the warehouse on time and monitored stock levels to ensure the optimum stock value against purchasing values.
- Archived and organized all hardcopy document files and kept copies for all daily work documents soft/hard copies for auditing and ISO purposes.
- Administered continuous improvement of supply chain activities including strategic supplier sourcing, supplier development, supplier evaluation, material management and stock level monitoring.

- Instrumental in preparing different payments like L/C, CAD, T/T to vendors in coordination with Finance Department either it is advances or deferred payment.
