• 1.Attend to walk-in customers-receive enquiries and providing quotation for parts and Accessories.
• 2. Working side by side with Sales, Advisors and Technicians Teams.
• 3.Coordinate between the Customer and all the different departments whenever Accessories fitting is involved for new & used Cars.
• 4. Receiving enquiries from overseas customers and sending quotes
• 5. Prompt response to new customers provided by Assistant Branch Manager/Senior Manager
• 6. Getting prices for various brands from Purchase Team
• 7. Follow-up for order confirmation and sending pre forma invoice
• 8. Payment follow-up with customers
• 9. Co-coordinating with Purchase team for arranging Parts from suppliers, on order confirmation
• 10. Co-ordination with warehouse for packing
• 11. Informing customer about material readiness and delivery instruction
