The Project consist of Built-up area 57, 280.00 m² approximately having 1200 employees .
The tower building consists of three levels 25 floors , 16 floors and 5 floors under it there are Ground and Mezzanine floor with 2 level basement parking, and connected with 5 level car park building with ground floor and 2 level basements . - AT AL MURGAB - KUWAIT (VALUE OF PROJECT ABOUT 21 MILLION KD) (OWNER: Ministry of Public Works - SPA - Kuwait)

Construction of 1000 & 1200 mm diameter tunnel by pipe jacking method for gravity sewer pipeline 5 km lines length for west of Jleeb Al Shuyokh with average depth 16 m below ground level (under ground water level -2.25m). Contract duration 18 months and finished within 13 months. (Contract value: 2, 290, 176.9 K.D.)


2) Subiya water distribution scheme (stage II) C 2:
water ductile iron pipelines 23.5 km length from Subiya Desalination Plant (to be constructed by others) to Subiya Water Distribution Complex.

3) Contract No. M.O.E/EW/C/3475/2006-2007:

The construction of a single 1200 mm diameter carbon steel fresh water pipeline 51 km length including 4 km length of ductile iron pipes. (Contract value: 4, 848, 760.455 K.D.)

4) Az Zour water distribution scheme (phase II) ductile iron pipelines north & south of mina Abdullah complex:
The construction of a single 1200 mm diameter ductile iron fresh water pipeline 67 km length from outside the boundary of Az Zour water distribution complex to Mina Abdullah WDC including 1.2 Km crossing using pipe jacking method, using ductile iron pipes & 0.800 Km crossing using pipe jacking method, using polycrete pipes due to fiber optic cables (Contract value: 12, 415, 280.136 K.D.)

5) Contract No. 24-2005/2006 Maintenance of pavers for general administration of civil flight: Maintenance works of Run ways & Taxi ways according to working orders from the directorate general of civil aviation in Kuwait international airport. (Contract value: 4, 000, 000K.D.)
