- Presented studies in: developing work system, finding simplified procedures, applying HR principles and rules, Shifting to technology (Communication, Procedures, HR system, and Duty time control), Work structure and rules, Shifting to team working, SWOT analysis, Jobs analyzing and descriptions, Manpower planning, Training planning, Recruitment and selection, Motivation and rewarding system.

- Personnel functions: Started employment relation with the Diwan from personnel Department.
