- Provide direct customer services
(Hypermarkets & pharmacies) by informing them about company products and services .
- Explain products ( value and benefits) to clients.
- Taking orders for products or services and then filling in the necessary paperwork.
- Forecasting sales, developing sales strategies models and evaluating their effectiveness.
- Research sources in order to develop new business connections.
- Make cold calls to prospective clients and inform them about new products and deals.
- Meet individual and company sales targets .
- Handle and resolve customers complaints .
- Remote selling by telephone or email.
- Tracking a competitors : goods, prices, promotions and sales .
- Travelling long distances to meet clients at a location of their choice.
- Listening to clients inquiries, suggestions and answering questions in a professional way.
- Process payments in terms of cash, checks and money transfer .
- Follow up merchandiser daily tasks : daily visit, stock, display, shelves arrangements of products and ensure correct price tagging .
- Arrangements with clients annual promotions schedule .
- Preparing daily reports for sales activities and Visit's .
- Weekly meeting with management for feedback and discuss SWOT sides and Markets.
- Key account executive for Hypermarket.
