1) Manage all the record of different products( HSD&PMG),
2) Reconciliation of payment with bank and supplier.
3) E-filling for HSD and calculate all taxes
4) Maintain daily record book of stocks
5) Coordinate with head-office to keep them update regarding stock
6) Run Oracle JD for invoicing of different contractors, checking and releasing orders, update stock in software and etc.
7) Product handling and inform head-office regarding product requirements.
My responsibilities were to fill up VAT returns of company, data entry, correspondence with HMRC( tax department) on company behalf, liaison with customers, preparing payrolls, calculating employees hours, dealing with employees regarding pay issue and etc.
I have gained my MBA degree in Risk mgt with major of Business crisis and continuity mgt, business planning and strategies, marketing, organisational behaviour, information technology.
