•Attending to the Meetings
.Preparation of Variation Notifications and Estimates for Potential Variations and issuing Variation Notice to the Employer.
•Preparation of Interim Valuation for MEP works based on sub contractor bills.
•Taking monthly site progress to prepare Interim valuation for Architectural, Structural and External Works.
•Preparation of Subcontractor Payment Certificates.
•Approving Payment for Suppliers
•Drafting/reviewing subcontract agreements & quotations
.Taking site measurements to Subcontractor Payments
•Preparation of payment certificate to suppliers
•Taking off quantities from drawing for material ordering
.Assisting to prepare the BOQ.
•Preparation of Interim Valuation.
•Evaluate the Quotations from Suppliers & Sub Contractors.
•Taking off quantities for Highway road works & box culverts.
.Preparation of Bills of Quantities.
•Preliminary Estimation for housing project.
•Evaluate the Contractor’s Interim bill with measurements.
•Prepare the Tender Documents.
•Assist to prepare Tender Evaluation for Hotel Project
