if the certificate is going to expire.
 When getting new PO taking report from COC team leader to know if
we have valid COC certificate for this. In case if not then not moving
the goods till we got the COC certificate in order to avoid any
problems at KSA Seaports/Dry port.

I worked at Binzagr Barwil as Senior Logistics Coordinator. During my period of work I handle many customers accounts including Daniya Foods their products was consist of (PUCK, Lurpak Butter, Cream Cheez...Ect) frozen item. I was handling all of their shipments arriving from Denmark and other countries.
Over all I was handling 6 customers’ accounts including Dania Foods, DOKA Saudi Arabia Ltd, Saudi Ojar, Arabian Business Machines Co, Abdul Latif Jamil Electronics, Al Esayi Electronics and home appliances.

Summary of Work

 I use to receive on daily basis many shipping documents from the shipper/Origin.
 Open new folder and file for each shipment in our company Program/ ERP system and track the shipment to know the latest ETA of that shipment and write the ETA on the folder.
 Same time sending advance payment requests to customer after calculating (Containers deposit, Terminal Handling charges, Delivery Order, Port charges, Charges if non-palletize cargo, estimated custom duty, transportation charges…etc. )
 Follow up with finance if the advance is received from customer.
 After receiving advance payment hand over shipping documents to respective broker.
 Before hand over Original shipping documents to broker make sure that all shipping documents are complete and are without any errors. Tracking the shipment on daily basis.
 In case if we received shipping documents immediately after the Vessel sale so follow up for the Original BL. In case if express BL follow-up for copy BL.
 Follow up and taking all details from broker for each shipment on daily basis after they comes from the port.
 Update daily report.
 Sending daily status report to the customers of their shipments to the respective person and CC to our Operations Manager.
 After clearance from the Seaport follow up with transporter to pull out the containers from the seaport.
 Also checking daily containers yard report to check which shipments containers are still pending for delivery to customer. In order to avoid detention charges from shipping line.
 Send containers priority list with number of days to transporter to pick up from container yard and deliver to the customer.
 Follow up with transporter to return container to the shipping line
 After delivery of containers/goods and receive original invoices prepare invoice and send to customer.
Duty as a Freight Forwarder
 As freight forwarder replying to any inquires received from customers.
 If the task is awarded by the customer arranging with our agent in the origin to move the shipment from the giving location to the destination port.
 As a freight forwarder move any export shipment from KSA to other countries.
 Sending the shipping application to the shipping line in order to take the release of empty container.
 Sending the container to stuff the container to the given location.
 Taking all export shipping documents including Commercial invoice, Certificate of Origin, Arabic Packing list.
 Given all those documents to our customs broker for export clearance.
 Coordinate between the shipping line and the shipper to finalize the BL draft.
 After the container loaded on Vessel give the Original BL to the customer.
 Preparing invoice after receiving all the original invoices

Replaying all the inquiries of customers/shippers/forwarders for their containers booking/Nomination details or plan.
