MOBILIZATION OF STAFF/CONSULTANTS
- Visa Application through Qatar Financial Center (Work Visa and/or Business Visa, and family visa)
- Schedules for Medical and Fingerprinting
- Preparation of Contract, Qatar Local Contracts and UK Contracts
- Flight and Hotel booking
- Application of Health Insurance (MSH)
- Application of Bank Accounts for Staffs/Consultants
- Sends necessary Documents to enlist the Consultant/Staffs to Payroll Department
OFFSHORE PASS APPLICATION
- Prepares Application Form, gets the necessary signature and stamps
- Ensures requirements for QP Pass (such as BOSIET, H2S and OMF card is complete and valid)

RAS LAFFAN PORT PASS
- Prepares Application Form, ensures requirements for RLIC Port Pass, Uploads the Documents to CD and apply it directly to Ras Laffan Pass Office.
OTHER HR LOGISTICS DUTIES
- Register for Da Winci number for Aviation Logistic Records/Chopper booking
- Chopper Booking from Doha Heliport to Offshore
PAYROLL
- Timesheet checking and uploading to Agresso computer software, for payroll process
- Responsible for checking the payslips
OTHER ADMIN WORKS
- Takes care of the office supplies
- Expense claims/reimbursements of consultants and staffs
- Invoice list payment for Hotel invoices & transportation invoices.
- Responsible in ordering PPE (cover-alls, safety shoes, helmet, googles, etc)
- Keeping records of all official documents (office contracts, computer card, CR, ooredoo etc)
