Responsible for month-end, quarter-end and year-end close for assigned functional areas.
• Upload all the information in the HFM “Hyperion System” on a monthly basis for the closing of the month.
• Prepare all Financial Reporting requirements package.
• Control over operating expenses using our opex tool.
• Research and resolve Business Unit(s) inquiries for assigned functional areas.
• Review Balance Sheet account reconciliations, account analysis, accrual calculations, and other related accounting documents/schedules.
• Assist in preparing financial statements.
• Making the report of inter-company between our companies every month.
• Handle all audit requirements.
• Control over logistics and maintenance expenses.
• Filling all sheets related to the budget from files sent to us from other areas.
• Preparing tax packages required to do tax returns of all companies for tax purposes.
• Comparing actual results versus budget for operating expenses, administration expenses, marketing and selling expenses.
• Making comments on our expenses variations between this month and previous month and versus budget, last year.
• Prepare Forex report every month and Foreign Currency Position every quarter.
• Prepare all financials data presentation for monthly Executives results meeting.
• Making comments on Working Capital variations between this month and previous month and versus budget, last year.
• Prepare Working Capital annual budget.
• Prepare Working Capital Forecast.
1. Examining the financial statements of various companies that participated in its auditing.
2. Participating in examining accounting policies and systems applied in various companies including costing systems, inventory systems, and receivable.
3. Preparing the audit plans and audit programs and organizing audit work.
4. Examining the efficiency of internal control systems and determining the weakness points in management letters and discuss it with high management.

• Implementation of Accounting Software (Sunsystems, ERP).
• Verifying Numbers of the Cash Box Statement.
• Weekly /Monthly Revising Employees Custodies.
• Weekly / Monthly Posting Journal Entries.
• Preparing Monthly Bank Transfers for Employees Custodies / Salaries.
• Contribute In Making Financial Statements.
• Control Over Cash Expenses.
• Monitoring Bank activities.
• Dealing with External Auditors.
• Making Tax Withholdings.
• Making invoices for clients.
