•Initiate, supervise and manage all manual/auto (JDE) purchase requisitions from Sites Projects; covering needs/requirements of each project such as Construction, Electrical, IT, Furniture and Stationery.
•Liaise with Projects Managers/Directors for their internal/external needs and requirements.
•Asses and evaluate Suppliers/Vendors quotations/proposals and present comparison sheet for departments managers/directors final decision.
•Supervise and Manage logistics issues and liaise with projects managers/directors for transportation and stores at sites projects
•Initiate, Supervise and manage all steps of Purchasing Cycle within the company for IT & Non-IT items; covering needs/requirements of Executive Management; other departments as well, such as Administration, Engineering & Planning, Sales & Marketing and Operations.
•Liaise with department’s managers for their internal/customer’s IT needs and requirements.
•Resource IT products such as Hardware, Software and Solutions from Local/Region Suppliers/Vendors to meet internal/customer’s needs and requirements.
•Assess and evaluate Suppliers/Vendors quotations/proposals and present comparison sheet for departments managers final decision.
•Supervise and Manage logistics issues and liaise with financial department for payments and bank transfers.
•Supervise and manage the renewal of all subscriptions related to Tawasul Services Co. in general and all internal departments in particular, (Engineering & Planning Dept., Sales & Marketing Dept. and Operations Dept.).
•Meet and create the need for Card Management Systems, issuing, printing, etc. for the Local Market, focus on needs and requirements for present and future expectation.
•Meet and create the need for Time & Attendance Systems for the Local Market, focus on needs and requirements for present and future expectation.
•Product Manager for the Card management and Time & Attendance solutions and services.
•Initiate the contacts with Vendors / Suppliers, evaluate products and finalize the Agreement Contract.
•Manage the technical and financial relation with Vendors/Suppliers.
•Prepare proposals for Government Tenders and Special Projects.
•Liaise with line managers for Automation needs and requirements.
•Liaise with end users for implementing project phases
•Resource products such as Hardware, Software and Solutions to meet the Local Market, focus on needs and requirements for present and future expectation.
•Product Manager for the Card management solutions and services.
•Initiate the contacts with Vendors / Suppliers, evaluate products and finalize the Agreement Contract.

•Manage the MOI MDT Project, related to SISCO part of the project; which caters for Supply, Install and Operate Mobile Data Terminals for Ministry of Interior Vehicles in Kuwait.
•Leading a team of 8 personnel to provide in-house service for Al Babtain Group of companies.
•Responsible for running the systems.
•Liaise with Line managers in evaluating their requests and adopting it within the existing systems.
•Providing month-end management information package, periodical reports and on request reports.
•Upgrade / Develop the present system & reports based on Line Managers requests.
•Develop new package according to Line Managers or Group Management requests.
•Providing feasibility reports on computerization of new areas within the group.
•Supervise the hardware and software installation and implementation.
•Manage the Kerridge Project, which caters for Financial, Operations & Management within an Automotive Industry Operations.
